- Higher hardness material options available.
- Engineered for frequent motion cycles.
SA Series
The SA series focuses on lightweight and compact structural requirements, making it perfect for space-constrained linkage systems.
Key Advantages
- Compact design saves valuable installation space.
- Easy installation and replacement.
- Optimized for precision equipment.
SI Series
Engineered for stable lifespan and smoother movement performance. The SI series is the choice for continuous operation requirements.
Key Advantages
- Low friction options for smoother operation.
- Designed for continuous, high-cycle work.
- Flexible maintenance strategies (Lubricated or PTFE).
Material Options
Select the right grade for your specific environmental and mechanical requirements.
304 Stainless Steel
General Corrosion / Cost-Effective
General wet environments, standard food equipment zones.
For heavy salt spray or long-term marine use, upgrade to 316.
316 Stainless Steel
Marine Grade / Superior Corrosion
Seaside, salt spray, chemical media, frequent washdowns.
If higher hardness/wear resistance is needed, consider 440C.
420 Stainless Steel
Heat Treatable / Higher Hardness
Moving parts requiring higher wear resistance and strength.
Corrosion resistance is lower than 316; evaluate based on environment.
440C Stainless Steel
High Hardness / Maximum Wear
High wear / High strength linkage requirements.
Corrosion resistance differs from 316; prioritize based on wear vs corrosion.

Frequently Asked Questions
The main differences lie in structure (Male/Female) and series (Standard/Heavy Duty/Compact). POS/SA are generally Male thread, while PHS/SI are Female. Tell us your installation space, load, and environment, and we can recommend the exact series.
Yes, we support both Male and Female thread configurations. Left-Hand (LH) threads are available as an option across most series (typically marked with an 'L' suffix).
For general wet environments, 304 is sufficient and cost-effective. For salt spray, marine environments, or frequent chemical washdowns, 316 is the priority choice.
420 and 440C are heat-treatable stainless steels offering much higher hardness and wear resistance. They are ideal for high-wear/high-strength mechanical connections but have lower corrosion resistance compared to 316.
We offer both maintenance-free types (with PTFE liners) and re-lubricatable types (with grease fittings). Selection depends on your series preference and operational conditions.
Yes, we can provide standard 2D dimension drawings or 3D STEP files for your specific model upon request.
MOQ depends on the series and size. Standard items may have lower MOQ. Lead times are quoted upon inquiry but we generally offer competitive turnaround.
Absolutely. Please provide your drawing, sample, or key dimensions along with usage environment details, and we can quote a custom solution.
